Term & Conditions

If you book our room, it means you agree with these terms and conditions:

✅ Booking is valid only after payment is received.

✅ Confirm check-in and check-out times as the owner is not on standby at the location.

✅ Check-in before 14:00 WIB and check-out after 12:00 WIB can only be done if there are no other tenants before or after.

✅ Unit capacity: maximum of 4 people. More than that will incur an extra charge without an extra bed.

✅ Date changes are allowed up to 2 days before the booked date, within the same month, and if the unit is still available.

❌ Do not bring unauthorized partners.

❌ Do not damage or remove items in the apartment unit.

❌ No pets allowed.

❌ Do not bring non-halal food or drinks into the unit.

❌ No smoking inside the unit.

❌ No refunds.
